No — there’s no need to book. Just turn up to a class that suits you.
Yes. Your first session is completely free so you can try it out and see if it’s right for you.
Comfortable gym clothing and clean trainers. Gloves are useful but not essential, we have some you can borrow.
Not at all. We welcome complete beginners as well as experienced boxers.
We run kids, mixed-age and adult classes. Check the timetable for specific sessions.
Kids sessions are £5 per class, and adult sessions are £6 per class. Monthly options are also available
Yes. Many members train for fitness and conditioning rather than competition.
